What's your cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations up to 14 days before the start date of rental for a full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, deposits will only be returned if we are able to re-rent the pontoon.

Do you offer multi-day/weekly discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer multi-day and weekly rates on all of our pontoons. We also offer discounts on weekdays.

What comes on the pontoon?

All boats come equipped with an adjustable Bimini top for shade, a swim ladder, stereo system, under seat storage, adult life jackets, sandbar augers, ropes and bumpers.

Can we tube/ski behind the pontoon?

No, we do not allow towable water sports on our pontoons for liability/insurance reasons.

Are the pontoons insured?

Yes, our pontoons are insured!

Can we bring our dog on the pontoon?

No, pet claws are very hard on vinyl seats so we ask that you keep your furry friend at home. A $500 fee will incur if you bring a pet on the boat.

Do you have dock slips for the pontoons?

Yes, we do on Hamilton Lake! We have a dock on Hamilton Lake where you can keep the pontoon overnight if you do not have a dock spot of your own - there is no charge to use this dock for our renters for the duration of the rental.

We do not have any other dock spots at this time. Overnight rentals on all other lake requires a dock spot provided by the renter.

What's your weather policy?

For severe weather during a day rental where it is unsafe to send boats out, we can work with you to move your rental to another day. Weather in NE Indiana changes, so weather cancellations will be made on the morning of the rental.

We do not offer a refund for a rainy day during a multi day rental.

What should we bring on the pontoon?

We recommend sunscreen, beach towels, water, snacks, and cash/cards for gas or food while out on the lake.

Please remember that floorspace is limited when packing large coolers to bring on the boat!

What is not allowed on the pontoon?

Smoking, pets, fireworks, grills, and towable water sports are not allowed on our pontoons.

When do you recommend we reserve a pontoon?

As soon as you can! We fill up during busy times in the summer, so book once you have your lake rental confirmed or know the day you're coming up to the lake. We occasionally have last minute availability or have a waitlist, so please call if nothing is available online.

Do we have to have a dock/place on the lake to book a boat?

If you only want to spend one day on the lake, we can meet you at a public ramp - no dock is needed! We have a lot of one day rentals where our renters do not have a dock, with Lake James our most popular lake for single day rentals.

Do you deliver to Pokagon State Park?

Yes, we do! For the delivery location, please note if you are staying at Potawatomi Inn or at the campgrounds.
